Which went fairly well, despite watching several episodes of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Man_v._Food\">Man v Food<\/a> this evening&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheezepie.com\/stream\/2013-fitness-plan-day-2-week-4\/\" title=\"2013 Fitness Plan Day 2 Week 4\">Yesterday I was promising to try and get more sleep<\/a>, and last night I think I managed to do it. I felt pretty rested when I woke up this morning. Just need to make that a regular thing and I&#8217;ll be well away.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s food:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 egg, 1 apple and a mug of green tea for breakfast<\/li>\n<li>1 egg and 1 apple for lunch<\/li>\n<li>1 egg and 1 apple for dinner<\/li>\n<li>2 mugs of additional green tea through the day<\/li>\n<li>2 pints of tonic water<\/li>\n<li>1 pint of water<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of crunchy (organic) peanut butter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each time I felt overly hungry today I had a big mug of green tea with a little lemon juice in it. That seems to help either take my mind off it or actually deal with the hunger.<\/p>\n<h3>Morning Measurements<\/h3>\n<p>Weight: <strong>98.3kg<\/strong> down 0.5kg since yesterday<br \/>\nBody Fat percentage: <strong>18.3%<\/strong> up 0.2% since yesterday<br \/>\nBMI: <strong>25.1<\/strong> down 0.1 since last yesterday<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today was a fasting day.
