Fitness plan – Day 3 Week 3 Round 2
Today was a fast and rest day and I think I needed it. This morning having half an hour extra in bed instead of having to get up and get out for a run was very welcome.
Food today was good, but fasting was tough. By this evening I was really struggling to not just eat everything I could get my hands on…
- breakfast was 1 boiled egg, 1 apple and a mug of green tea
- lunch was 1 boiled egg and 1 apple
- dinner was 1 boiled egg and 3 ryvita, followed by a mug of Lady Grey tea with a splash of skimmed milk
- through the day I drank 2 pints of water.
I’m already looking forward to a big breakfast tomorrow morning…
