Blueberry peanut butter protein smoothie
Despite the complete lack of updates over the past few months, I have been continuing with my attempts to get fit.
I’m currently in the final week of six weeks of bulking (I’ve been actively trying to gain weight) which has been an interesting experience.
One of the best things about the last few weeks of gaining has been my post run smoothie. Here’s the recipe:
- 1 scoop of Maximuscle Progain (strawberry or choclate flavour depending on my mood)
- 1 banana
- 1 dessert spoon portion of Whole Earth Peanut Butter (crunchy)
- 1 portion of frozen blueberries, straight from the freezer
- enough tap water to cover the mix
I throw that lot all together in a tall, plastic jar and blend until smooth. Tastes really good after a morning run.
